Clay has been in the food industry his entire life. After managing restaurants for two national chains, Clay found that food sales was what he loved most. Becoming a food broker in 1991, Clay directed school divisions at two brokerage firms in Florida before forming Coastal Sales & Marketing in 2006. The opportunity to form a company and manage such a great group of people has been the most rewarding part of his career.
In his spare time Clay enjoys traveling with his family, spending time at the beach, golfing and cheering on his Auburn Tigers.
