Jose has always held positions within the food industry. Whether it was serving, bartending, or managing restaurants, he has always enjoyed the “hustle and bustle” of the business. It was during Clay’s frequent visits to Jose’s restaurants that he took notice of his hard-working and determined attitude. Jose became a part of the Coastal Family in June of 2015 as a part-time Customer Service Representative. In June 2016, Jose took on a full time roll overseeing the daily orders, confirmations, and scheduling of deliveries to the customers. He has developed a profound working relationship with all he comes in contact with.
In his spare time, Jose enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, adding to his sneaker collection and rooting for his beloved Denver Broncos.
