Jose has always held positions within the food industry. Whether it was serving, bartending, or managing restaurants, he has always enjoyed the “hustle and bustle” of the business. It was during Clay’s frequent visits to Jose’s restaurants that he took notice of his hard-working and determined attitude. Jose became a part of the Coastal Family in June of 2015 as a Customer Service Representative. Since then, he has learned many aspects of the K12 food world, including helping manage Commodities, Food Shows and working on Bid Management in his newest and current role with Coastal . He has developed invaluable working relationships with everyone he comes across.
In his spare time, Jose enjoys golfing, spending time with his family, and rooting for his beloved Denver Broncos and LA Dodgers.
