Tim’s passion for food began at an early age. At just four years old, he attended his first cooking class, where he discovered that cooking was more than preparing meals—it was a form of art. To Tim, every recipe begins with a blank canvas and ends as a masterpiece. That passion stayed with him throughout his childhood, leading him to pursue various roles within the food industry.
In 2011, Tim began his career in the K-12 foodservice industry as a Buyer with US Foods. He later spent 10 years with Coastal Sales & Marketing before joining Gordon Food Service as an Education Specialist, where he worked for three years. Today, Tim is excited to be back with his Coastal family, contributing his expertise to an already successful brokerage firm.
With more than 15 years of K-12 foodservice experience, Tim has developed extensive industry knowledge and built lasting relationships with school districts, manufacturers and foodservice professionals. His passion for serving the K-12 market, combined with his analytical approach and customer-focused mindset, enables him to deliver meaningful value to both clients and partners.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending quality time with his son, Jack, fishing, staying active and taking advantage of everything Florida’s beautiful outdoors has to offer.
