Claire has been involved in the food service industry since her first job in high school working at Panera Bread. She continued to work food service positions throughout college. Claire decided to choose nutrition as a career after spending time learning about the diet and lifestyle modifications that her brother had to follow while playing college football in order to have optimal performance and health. Claire went on to complete her undergrad in Nutrition at Auburn University and her dietetic internship from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. Claire has experience in K-12 that involves menu writing and recipe development. Claire is excited to bring her experience and background to districts that she will be covering as an Account Executive.
In her free time, Claire enjoys golfing, going to the beach, hanging out with her family and friends, and making sourdough. Claire also enjoys cheering for the Auburn Tigers. War Eagle!
